§ 130.07  LITTERING AND VANDALISM IN PUBLIC AREAS OR ON PUBLIC GROUNDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to litter, vandalize,  deface or obstruct in any way public works projects, public grounds, public property, stormwater drainage projects or public rights-of-way within the territorial limits of the city.
