§ 130.01  KEEPING OF BEES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Wherever the term TO KEEP BEES is used in this section, it shall be construed to include both the owner of the bees and the owner of the property upon which they are located; provided, that the owner of the property has knowledge that the bees are located thereon.
   (B)   It is hereby declared to be unlawful and a nuisance for any person to keep bees, either in hives or colonies, within the city limits in a manner as to permit the bees to create a disturbance among the inhabitants of the city. The possession of more than one hive or colony of bees within the city limits shall be prima facie evidence of a nuisance.
   (C)   Upon complaint to the City Court of the existence of the above condition, the person permitting the condition to exist shall be cited before the Court and a hearing shall be held to determine if the facts of the complaint are true. Upon determining the facts of the complaint to be true, the City Court shall order the abatement of the condition by the person within five days.
   (D)   There shall be a minimum lot size of one acre and shall follow setback requirements of the specific zoning classification for location of bee hives.
