§ 115.06  COMPLAINTS.
   All complaints of alleged violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be made in writing to the Clerk-Treasurer. Upon receiving a complaint, the Clerk-Treasurer shall refer the same to the Board of Public Works and Safety, who shall conduct a hearing thereon. If the Board of Public Works and Safety should determine the license shall be revoked, and order of revocation shall issue to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall thereupon revoke the license without refund of license or permit fee.
