(A) Rooms. No table, alley, gallery or other device shall be operated in any room having screens, blinds or obstructions which shall obscure or obstruct the view into any room or rooms from the street adjacent thereto.
(B) Profanity. No profane or obscene language shall be allowed to be used.
(C) Intoxicated persons. No intoxicated person shall be allowed in the room or rooms where any of the games are operated.
(D) Hours. None of the games shall be permitted or operated between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m., nor on any part of Sunday of any week. No soda water, bottled goods or soft drinks of any kind shall be sold or distributed in any place of business operating where pool tables, billiard tables, card tables, shooting galleries or dice boxes are operated.
