(A) The fee for a carnival or fair license shall be $25 per day, with a minimum fee of $75 to be paid to the City Clerk-Treasurer at the time application for a license is made.
(B) No license shall be issued until the minimum fee of $75 has been paid.
(C) The $25 fee for each day in excess of three days shall be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the day of operation of the carnival or fair.
