The issuance of a circus, menagerie, show, exhibition or performance license shall in nowise interfere with the power of the Board of Public Works and Safety to revoke the same, in accordance with the provisions of the statutes of the state, upon hearing and proof that any show, exhibition or performance is grossly immoral, degrading or indecent.
