All licenses granted under the provisions of § 111.001 shall be for a term of one year and the license fee for the license shall be $25. The license fee shall be paid by January 31 of each year to the Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall, upon receipt of the payment, issue to the party named therein the license provided for in § 111.001.
