§ 100.18 RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PARKS AND SWIMMING POOL; BUDGET.

   (A)   The Board of Parks and Recreation shall have the responsibility for operation and maintenance of:

      (1)   Lebanon Memorial Park;

      (2)   The Seashore Swimming Pool;

      (3)   Abner H. Longley Park;

      (4)   Ruth Berkshire Arboretum;

      (5)   Lasley Memorial Park;

      (6)   Hot Pond; and

      (7)   Kiddie Park.

   (B)   The budgets of these parks shall be transferred to the Department of Public Parks and the budgets shall become the budget of the Department of Public Parks of the city.
