§ 100.03  USE OF METAL DETECTORS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The use of metal detectors and any digging device in connection therewith in the municipal parks of the city is expressly prohibited.
   (B)   Any violation of this particular section shall be treated as a city ordinance violation punishable in accordance with the provisions outlined in § 100.99(B).
