§ 100.01  SPEED LIMIT, PARKING IN ABNER LONGLEY PARK AND LEBANON MEMORIAL PARK.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on a public road within Abner Longley Park or Lebanon Memorial Park in the city at a speed in excess of 15 mph.
      (2)   All vehicular and motorized traffic shall be restricted to public ways designated within each of the parks’ boundaries.
      (3)   Each park will be closed to vehicle and motorized traffic by the public at 11:00 p.m. each evening.
      (4)   The parking of motorized vehicles in each park will be restricted to designated areas only, unless special arrangements are made for parking with the Director of Parks and Recreation or special projects coordinator of the city.
   (B)   This section shall in no way abridge or impair the right of the Board of Parks and Recreation of the city to designate what roads within the parks shall be open to the public, and also to close the roads entirely to public traffic during the winter months, or any other times that the Board may decide is in the public interest.
   (C)   The city shall erect appropriate signs warning drivers of vehicles of this section.
