§ 98.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR VEHICLE or VEHICLE.  Any vehicle which is or was equipped with a motor, and shall also mean any portion of a motor vehicle which is detached from the main portion of any vehicle.
