§ 33.32  SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICTS.
   The territory initially included in the special taxing district established by this section shall be and is all of the territory now and hereafter included within the corporate limits of the city, as established by its boundary ordinance, and any areas annexed thereto at a future date.
