Chapter 5 of Article 1.5 of Title 8 of the Indiana Code (I.C. 8-1.5-5-1 et seq.) addressing the matter of stormwater management within the city is hereby adopted by the Common Council, and by so doing makes that particular chapter of state law and any and all amendments thereto effective and operative as to the city.
