Access for use of heavy firefighting apparatus shall be provided to the immediate job site at the start of construction or the accumulation of combustibles, whichever occurs first. All temporary Fire Department access, where required, shall be maintained until all construction is completed. Arrangements shall be made to assure immediate and unimpeded Fire Department access to the site when called.
