An owner or occupant who remains aggrieved by the decision issued pursuant to this chapter and the matter involves a rule of the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission may appeal to the Commission as set forth by I.C. 36-8-17. A copy of the appeal will be made available to the City Fire Department Inspection Division.
