§ 92.049  REVOCATION OF LICENSE OR REGISTRATION.
   The Common Council shall have the power to revoke a license or registration granted under this chapter upon complaint by the Director of Planning and Development and proof that the applicant has failed to meet the minimum requirements as set out in this chapter.
