§ 92.047  BOND, INSURANCE, REFRIGERANT TRANSITION AND RECOVERY CERTIFICATION PREREQUISITE TO ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   Upon receiving the results of the examination, the applicant for the license required by § 92.045 shall, if the recommendation of the examining board is to grant the license, deposit with the City Clerk-Treasurer a bond in the sum of $10,000, conditioned that the applicant will indemnify and save harmless the city from all liability and damages caused by his or her negligence or carelessness in the performance of his or her work at the trade in which the applicant is licensed; and conditioned further that the applicant will pay fines that may be imposed upon him or her for violation of any of the rules or regulations of this code. The applicant shall also exhibit a certificate of a policy of liability insurance to indemnify third parties for any damages they might suffer as a result of his or her work. Heating and ventilation will also furnish refrigerant and recovery certificate.
