§ 92.022  FEES.
   (A)   Applications filed pursuant to the provisions of this code shall be in accompanied by a check, money order or cash made payable to the city in the amount which is in accordance with the fees set forth in this code.
   (B)   Until all applicable fees have been paid in full, no permit shall be granted by the Director of Planning and Development.
   (C)   No part of any filing fees paid pursuant to this section shall be returned to the applicant.
   (D)   The following building permit fees include the improvement location permit fee for those applications listed below.
   (E)   All additional fees and fines must be paid in full before a final certificate of occupancy is granted.
