(A) The license tags issued to the owners of dogs and cats pursuant to this subchapter shall be attached to some durable material which shall be worn by the dog or cat at all times. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove the collar or tag from a dog or cat.
(B) It shall be a violation of this chapter to attach the license tag issued hereunder to any dog or cat other than that for which it was issued.
