§ 91.40  TAG; RECEIPT.
   (A)   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall furnish each owner of a dog and cat licensed pursuant to this subchapter with a metal tag, upon which shall be impressed or inscribed a number.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall give each owner a receipt for the license upon which shall be noted the number of the tag issued to the owner.
