§ 72.42  OWNERSHIP PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
   The fact that a motor vehicle is owned by a person and the fact that a motor vehicle is in a parking place shall be prima facie evidence that a motor vehicle was parked in the parking place by the owner as pertains to this chapter.
