§ 72.28  RESERVED PARKING PASSES.
   (A)   County officials.  Each office at the courthouse is allowed two parking passes.
   (B)   Jury members.
      (1)   On the days jury trials are in progress, excluding the days of jury selection, there shall be sufficient passes issued to permit members of sitting juries to park in the downtown area during the actual hours the trial is in progress. The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to assign additional passes as it finds necessary.
      (2)   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to issue the passes and set regulations for their use. The passes are to be obtained at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (C)   Display of placards.  The elected and appointed county officials and jury members utilizing the placards/permits authorized for parking in the downtown area shall display the same in the rear window of the motor vehicle on the driver’s side of the vehicle to permit uniform enforcement of the parking regulations imposed under this section.
