(A) It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle whatsoever to stop, except as provided in division (B) of this section, at any place within the business district other than for the purpose of loading or unloading goods, or making deliveries providing that each stop by one motor vehicle shall not be for a period of time longer than ten minutes.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to park in any place other than as designated by traffic markings in the business district.
