§ 70.03  SOLICITATION ON PUBLIC ROADS AND STREETS.
   (A)   Solicitation by pedestrians is prohibited on State Road 39 and State Road 32 within the corporate boundaries of the city.
   (B)   Solicitation by pedestrians on any public street or road within the corporate boundaries of the city is prohibited.
