§ 31.05  PRESIDING OFFICER; CONDUCT OF MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Mayor, or in his or her absence the Mayor Pro Tem, shall be the presiding officer of the Council, pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-8.
   (B)   Meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes (I.C. 36-4-6-10-17) and in accordance with § 31.06.
