§ 55.999 PENALTY.

The commission of any act prohibited by this chapter or by lawful order of the Wastewater Operations Manager, Utility General Manager or lawful order or regulation of the Board, or the failure to perform without lawful order of the Wastewater Operations Manager or lawful order or regulation of the Board, shall be a punishable violation each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
