(A) The Fund 9500 Loit 2016 Special Distribution Fund is created. The source for this new Fund is a special distribution of local option income tax pursuant to Senate Enrolled Act 67.
(B) Expenditures from this Fund are restricted to the allowable purposes per I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(2) as follows:
(1) The remaining part of the special distribution may be used by the county, city or town for
any of the purposes of the county, city or town.
(C) The fund shall be subject to the same appropriation process as other municipal funds.
(D) There will be no other funding sources for this Fund, and once the funds are gone, the Fund will be closed.
