§ 71.27 ENFORCEMENT.

Officers of the School Corporation Security/Police Department and authorized law enforcement officers of the city, Boone County Sheriff, or Indiana State Police shall have the authority to enforce this subchapter by proceedings initiated in the Boone Superior Court II, Lebanon, Indiana.
