§ 36.41  LFD NON-REVERTING TRAINING FUND.
   (A)   There is established a non-reverting training fund to be utilized by the Lebanon Fire Department (LFD) to be designated as the LFD Non-Reverting Training Fund. The city and LFD may deposit in the fund such funds or monies received from participating agencies and use those deposits for the hosting of training seminars, classes, exercises, and activities for the advancement and training of its members and those of participating agencies and their members.
   (B)   The fund may receive and deposit such fees, donations, costs and funds received from any participating agency or other organization if such funds are intended for the training and advancement of LFD and/or participating agencies, and the funds shall not revert to the city general fund, but shall be maintained in the fund from year to year.
   (C)   The funds captured may only be used for the purposes of hosting, sponsoring and conducting a training class. This includes payment for the instructor of the class, class materials, books, equipment, refreshments, printing cost, any expense or cost reasonably associated with training or class.
   (D)   Claims may be made from this fund by the Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief of the Lebanon Fire Department.
