§ 51.029 TURNING ON, OFF AND INTERFERING WITH VALVES, STOPCOCKS AND THE LIKE.
   No person, other than a duly authorized agent of the city, shall turn on or off, or in any manner interfere with any valve, stopcock or other appliance in the water system without prior approval.
