Each residential, family domestic or multiple family dwelling unit shall be charged a monthly fee as set forth by resolution. The city may enter into cooperative agreements with other providers of utility services for the enforcement of the collection of the fees. The City Finance Officer shall collect all delinquent garbage, collection fees.
