The Uniform Traffic Control Devices for streets and highways within the city, as prepared by the National Joint Committee on Uniform Traffic-Control Devices, as published by the U. S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Public Roads, Washington, D. C. dated June, 1988, and approved as an American Standard by the American Standards Association, a printed copy of which is on file in the Finance Office, are hereby incorporated in this section.
