§ 71.40 TIME LIMIT ON PARKING.
   (A)   Such period of time as shall be established by resolution of the Board of Commissioners and plainly marked at the area restricted.
   (B)   Restriction shall be enforced on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
