§ 71.22 STOP AND YIELD SIGNS TO DESIGNATE THROUGH STREETS.
   The Commissioners of the City of Lead with reference to streets and highways under their jurisdiction may designate main traveled or through streets and highways by erecting at the entrance thereto from intersecting streets or highways stop or yield signs.
