§ 70.62 AUXILIARY DRIVING LIGHTS.
   Any motor vehicle may be equipped with up to three auxiliary driving lamps mounted on the front at a height not less than 12 inches nor more than 24 inches above the level surface upon which the vehicle stands, and every such auxiliary driving lamp or lamps shall meet the requirements and limitations of § 70.58. No auxiliary driving lamp mounted on a motor vehicle, other than a fog lamp, may be lighted at any time the lighted headlamps on the vehicle are on low beam position.
