§ 70.30 POSSESSION OF REGISTRATION.
   The receipt of registration shall be subject to inspection by any peace office at any time. Said receipt of registration shall at all time, while the motor vehicle, trailer or semi trailer for which it was issued is being operated be in the possession of the operator thereof.
