§ 70.17 ALLOWING UNAUTHORIZED PERSON TO DRIVE.
   No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him/her or under his/her control to be driven upon any street or highway by any person who is not authorized under this Traffic Code or in violation of any of the provisions of this Traffic Code.
