§ 130.03 OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC OFFICER, NOT POLICE.
   No person shall intentionally obstruct or attempt to obstruct a public officer or employee, not a law enforcement officer or firefighter in the performance of any official duty, or shall resist a public officer in performance of his or her duty.
