§ 94.066 RECEIVING GOODS AND MERCHANDISE.
   It shall be lawful for any person to place on three feet in width of the outer edge of the sidewalk in front of his or her premises for a period not exceeding three hours any goods or merchandise which may be in the act of receiving or delivering.
