(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter by failure to procure a proper license herein required shall be deemed guilty of a violation and that any such violation is hereby classified as a civil offense pursuant to KRS 65.8808. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the enforcement of this chapter by any other means authorized by law.
(B) Any person or entity found to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $100.00 if the violation is not contested and not less than $25.00 nor more than $250.00 if the violation is contested, for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate violation.
