(A) The building permit fees imposed pursuant to § 150.10 shall include five (5) scheduled inspections:
(1) Prior to installing footing/foundation;
(2) Prior to backfilling;
(3) During framing (while framing is still visible);
(4) Insulation inspection; and
(5) Final inspection after completion of construction. After the final inspection has been approved, a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
(B) Recall inspection fees will be fifty dollars ($50.00) per visit.
(C) All fees, except recall fees, shall be paid directly to the bonding clerk at the time the permit is issued. Any work being performed before obtaining a permit shall be stopped until a permit is issued.
