§ 150.10 COSTS OF PERMIT FEE.
   (A)   A permit fee for construction of residential and commercial buildings within the city is hereby imposed based upon the size of the improvement, as follows.
      (1)   Residential buildings: thirty cents ($0.30) per square foot, but not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00); and
      (2)   Commercial buildings: thirty cents ($0.30) per square foot, but not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (B)   A permit fee for construction of prefabricated accessory buildings within the city shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (C)   A permit fee for construction of permanent swimming pools within the city shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (D)   With respect to commercial buildings subject to the Kentucky Building Code, a plan review fee shall be fifteen cents ($0.15) per square foot.
   (E)   The fees charged in divisions (A) through (D) of this section shall be adjusted on July 1 of each year to reflect the change in the consumer price index as most recently provided.
