§ 91.56 AWNINGS AND SWINGING SIGNS OVER SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall erect or maintain an awning or swinging sign or other projection over any sidewalk that is less than seven feet from the sidewalk at its lowest point, or that is not securely fastened.
