§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of a provision of this chapter is hereby classified as a civil offense pursuant to KRS 65.8808 and nothing contained herein or in §§ 39.01 et seq. shall prohibit the enforcement of this chapter by any other means authorized by law.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not exceeding fifty dollars ($50) if the violation is not contested and not more than one hundred dollars ($100) if the violation is contested, in the discretion of the Code Enforcement Board. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
