§ 91.07 REMOVING BUILDING MATERIALS; BARRICADING OPENINGS.
   No person engaged in building, reconstruction, or repair of a building or structure of any kind upon any street or alley or sidewalk shall fail or refuse to remove all material or substances remaining or caused by such work, or if such work causes a break or any change in the surface of such street, alley or sidewalk, to repair and restore the same to a proper condition, and any person who during the progress of any such work, or while any material remains upon or any change in the condition of such street, alley, or sidewalk, without fully and properly protecting same by suitable barriers and also red lanterns kept continually lighted on every side thereof from twilight until daylight.
