§ 31.110 POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The position of Ordinance Enforcement Director is created.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint the position, and the position will be under the direct supervision of the Mayor and shall be responsible for the following duties:
      (1)   Enforce ordinances of the city outlined in Chapters 91, 92, 93, 94, 95 and 96 of the City Code of Ordinances, and any other enforcement not assigned to the Police Department.
   (C)   The Ordinance Enforcement Director will be considered a full-time employee of the city, entitled to all current benefits and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
   (D)   If the Ordinance Enforcement Director is a current city employee and is removed or voluntarily leaves the director position, he or she will return to his or her previous position within the city.
   (E)   If the Ordinance Enforcement Director is removed due to violation of state or federal law, division (D) will not apply.
