§ 30.78 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   The Economic Development Commission shall be under the control and direction of the Board of Commissions which shall be appointed according to and shall discharge the duties prescribed by I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq. as from time to time amended.
