§ 96.59 PERIODIC INSPECTIONS OF REPAIRS AND PERMITTEE'S LIABILITY.
The Board of Public Works and Safety shall require periodic inspections of all pavement repairs. If for any reason, within a period of one year, there is an indication of settlement of the repaired area or deterioration of the paving material, the person taking out the permit under the provisions of this chapter relating to permits shall be required to make the necessary repairs as specified by the city. The failure of the permittee to make such repairs will result in the bonding company being required to make the necessary repairs.
