§ 96.56 COMPLIANCE WITH SURFACE RESTORATION SPECIFICATIONS.
   Any person making an opening or excavation or causing an opening or excavation to be made in any street or public right-of-way shall be required to replace all excavated material and pavement as provided in compliance with specifications established by the city from time to time.
