§ 96.52 INJURY TO OR REMOVAL OF LIGHTS OR BARRICADES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take, remove, destroy or in any manner interfere with any light, barrier or barricade placed at any excavation or obstruction as required by this subchapter.
